PRIVATE SERVICE
What we do and what we don't do
SacaCitas, S.L. is a private, independent company. We are not the Public Administration and we are not affiliated with any government body. Our work is purely technological: automating a search you could do yourself by hand.
What we do
We automatically monitor appointment availability on the official websites — just as if you kept reloading the page, but without you having to do it.
When an appointment matching your preferences appears, we book it in your name, with your data and your express authorization.
We notify you instantly and guide you until you verify and confirm your booking.
What we do NOT do
We are not the Administration and do not act on its behalf: we do not issue documents or process official procedures.
We do not sell or resell appointments: we never book appointments without a specific client who has authorized us.
We do not hoard or block appointments: every search is individual, just as the person themselves would do it.
We do not charge for the appointment itself: the cita previa is free; we charge for our search and management work.

PRICING
What exactly you pay
Searching is free with no upfront payment. You only pay SacaCitas's fee once we have booked an appointment matching your preferences and you confirm it.
Our fee pays only for the private monitoring and booking-management service. It does not include the procedure's official fees (for example, the DNI fee), which are paid directly to the Administration.
If you don't want the appointment we found, you can cancel it within the indicated period at no cost.
