SacaCitas is a private, independent service. SacaCitas, S.L. is a private company: we are not the Public Administration, nor are we affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any government body. Obtaining a cita previa (official appointment) is a free procedure anyone can complete on their own on the Administration's official websites. Our fees pay solely for the private service of automated availability monitoring and booking management on the user's behalf, with their express authorization; they do not include any official fees of the procedure, which are paid directly to the Administration.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The use of this website or its content, directly or through a third party, implies the acceptance and compliance by the user of the legal obligations stipulated in these Conditions of Use, especially section number 10, whereby the user grants authorization to SacaCitas to carry out procedures on their behalf before the public administration.
2. MISSION OF SACACITAS
The mission of SacaCitas is to simplify bureaucratic procedures for people. We achieve this by providing users with easy-to-use software tools for specific procedures they may need. This includes the possibility of searching for prior appointments in different public administrations without the need to perform that same operation manually and repetitively.
3. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE
SacaCitas may make changes to the design, architecture, and functionality of the website without prior notice to the user. Any change or alteration that occurs and affects the user cannot give rise to a claim against SacaCitas.
4. PERMITTED USE
It is not permitted to use this website (any webpage and/or data passing through the domain sacacitas.es or sacacitas.com), its underlying computer programs including application programming interfaces ("APIs"), domain names, Uniform Resource Locators ("URLs"), databases, functions, or its content, for any purpose other than private and non-commercial use without the prior and explicit consent of SacaCitas. The use of any automated system or software, whether operated by third parties or otherwise, to extract information from this website for commercial purposes ("screen scraping") is strictly prohibited.
5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS FOR IMPROPER AND UNAUTHORIZED USE. CONSENT TO INVESTIGATION
SacaCitas reserves the absolute right to undertake, without prior notice, all actions it deems necessary against any parties involved in the improper use of its website, to protect its rights and prevent such improper use, including the use of blocking technology (which may in turn lead to automated searches of third-party websites, resulting in screen scraping thereof, causing screen scraping on the SacaCitas website, infringing the terms of use of said parties' websites, or other similar or associated actions) and/or initiating legal action.
SacaCitas reserves the absolute right to undertake relevant investigations into any breach of these Terms of Use (whether through the use of technology or otherwise). By accessing this website, the user consents to SacaCitas undertaking the necessary investigations to prevent the improper use of this website.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All information, data, underlying computer programs (including APIs), domain names, URLs, databases, and materials appearing on this website, including names, logos, flight schedules, prices, etc., as well as the color combination and design of the website, are subject to copyright, trademark rights, database rights, and/or other intellectual and/or industrial property rights. The use of these elements is strictly limited to permitted purposes of a personal and non-commercial nature. Any other use and/or reproduction of these elements without the prior written consent of SacaCitas is prohibited, which will be considered a breach of these Terms of Use and may constitute an infringement of SacaCitas's intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
SacaCitas is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of this website or any other accessed through a link on this website, nor from the use of information displayed on this or any other website.
8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
To hear any issues that may arise regarding the interpretation, application, and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as claims that may derive from its use, the Courts and Tribunals of Justice are competent in accordance with current procedural regulations.
The Legal Notice is governed by Spanish legislation and the applicable personal data protection regulations.

10. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE AND CONSENT TO PERFORM LEGAL PROCEDURES
The user authorizes and gives consent to SacaCitas to perform administrative and legal procedures in their name before the public administration, which includes searching for prior appointments and related procedures. This consent is also express during each request made by the user when filling out the search form.
This express authorization will be accepted with the completion of each search. The format is the same for every user and can be found in the section: "User authorization to SacaCitas to carry out procedures in their name."
11. OUR SEARCH SYSTEM
SacaCitas provides the client with a tool with which they can search for prior appointments in their name or for third parties for whom they have authorization. SacaCitas, therefore, does not resell appointments, nor does it make "ghost" reservations to resell to clients, nor does it damage the computer systems of websites to extract appointments for sale.
SacaCitas is solely automated search software, which first requires a client to give authorized consent to perform procedures in their name, after which the search is performed as if it were a manual operation by the user themselves, but in their name and with their consent through our software.
The official cita previa procedure is free of charge through each Administration's official channels. SacaCitas' fees pay exclusively for the private automated-search and booking-management service, and under no circumstances constitute the price of the appointment or of any official document or service.
12. DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN COMPANY AND INDIVIDUAL
The services offered by SacaCitas can be used by both companies (freelancers, corporations, and other corporate entities) and individuals.
Both companies and individuals use the same search engine; the only distinction is that the user can issue an invoice in their company's name at the time of payment. If fiscal data is entered, the user undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that the data entered is truthful.
The company user is also responsible for ensuring that the data being used for the third party (or their client) has that person's consent so that SacaCitas can perform administrative procedures in their name. The company user is also responsible for ensuring their client is aware that SacaCitas will perform procedures in their name and collect their personal information.
A differentiation can be made between the user (company and individual) and "Enterprise," which is specified in section 13.
13. ENTERPRISE USER
An Enterprise user is a company that has its own user panel, distinct from normal users (both individuals and sporadic companies). The Enterprise user is a company that has a large volume of clients and needs to perform massive searches for its clients. To access this user panel, SacaCitas must be contacted to provide access to this service, which is not always possible as SacaCitas reserves the right of use.
This Enterprise user requires prior registration to control and manage internal client data and multiple searches. The conditions for this user may change without prior notice.
14. REGISTRATION
Users who use SacaCitas services must first register to use the different functionalities. This is because user data must be linked to the performance of various procedures.
SacaCitas does not use a traditional username and password registration; instead, it is performed internally on SacaCitas servers during the search process, and the user is returned an encrypted code called the "private search code," which they can use to access their private search link and manage the relevant tasks. This code is generated automatically and serves as a substitute for a password. Sharing this key is the same as sharing a username and password, so the user is responsible for not disseminating or sharing this key with third parties.
The Enterprise user does have a prior registration which provides an extra layer of security for access to their user panel. This access is also not a traditional registration; instead, encrypted keys are provided. This is because the Enterprise user manages multiple third-party users and it is necessary to protect personal data from unauthorized users.
15. USE OF OUR PRIOR APPOINTMENT SEARCH ENGINE
15.1 Search Engine.
An office and service can be searched for by applying search parameters. It is possible to perform this search using a simplified or more advanced search engine, from which multiple searches can be performed simultaneously. Simultaneous searches for several offices may be limited by province or country and depending on the type of user performing the action.
To use the search engine, the reservation data of the person wishing to attend the appointment must be entered. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful data; this also applies to users acting on behalf of a third party, who must be authorized by said party to use their information and act in their name to use our services.
15.2 Search.
Once the interested party's data is entered, SacaCitas will verify the format and the data; if an error exists, the user will be notified. If the search process begins, the user will be provided with their unique search key from which they can access their "private search link" and check the status.
15.3 Management.
The user can access their private search link where they can perform actions such as canceling, modifying, or paying. This section is completely unique and private, linked to the user's data; it can only be accessed through the information provided to the user via the data entered in the search form.
15.4 Reservation and Payment.
When an appointment is successfully reserved, the user will receive a notification via email and SMS. The user must check and verify that the reservation data is correct. To verify this information, the client can visit the official website indicated within the private search link.
Once the client verifies everything is correct, they must confirm they wish to attend the appointment by completing a search confirmation and paying the amount via an accepted payment method on the website.
15.5 Payment Limit.
Payment is required before a specific date that SacaCitas will indicate on the screen. This payment limit may vary, generally being 3 days after the reservation is made, but never after the final date of the appointment itself.
15.6 After Payment.
Once paid and confirmed, the client must inform themselves through the administration office where the reservation was made regarding the documents necessary to complete the procedure. SacaCitas does not manage the entire procedure, only the part contracted by the user. It is the user's task to be correctly informed on how to finalize their legal management or procedure.
16. CANCELLATION OF SEARCH AND OF THE ALREADY RESERVED APPOINTMENT
The user has the option within their private search link to cancel the search if it is still ongoing. This cancellation does not prevent a new search from being performed, nor will it incur any monetary cost.
There is also the possibility to cancel an appointment that has already been reserved; this must be done before the payment deadline. There is no cost for cancellation.
If there is constant abuse of these functionalities, SacaCitas reserves the right to block the user from future searches.
17. USER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CORRECT OPERATION
17.1 New Searches.
It is the user's responsibility to enter personal data correctly. If a reservation error occurs because data was entered incorrectly, SacaCitas is not responsible. The user is also responsible for correctly choosing the appointments they need to search for.
17.2 Confirmation and Payment.
It is the user's responsibility to verify that the reserved appointment is under their own personal data and that there are no typos. A specific time is provided to confirm and pay for the appointment, which is the time stipulated for verifying all data. SacaCitas is not responsible for any problems after confirmation.
17.3 After Payment.
The user is fully responsible for informing themselves of the steps needed to attend the appointment. SacaCitas does not offer legal advice services; it is up to the user to verify which procedures and tasks need to be completed.
18. SACACITAS'S LIABILITY FOR SERVICES
SacaCitas is not responsible for the improper use of the SacaCitas software. It is the user's responsibility to understand public administrative procedures and the operation of the SacaCitas website. This applies to all phases of the services SacaCitas provides: start of search, reservation, payment, and post-payment. It is the user's responsibility to understand the legal procedures they are contracting. SacaCitas is only responsible for the search the user authorizes and consents to.
19. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The moment the appointment reservation is made, SacaCitas concludes the search services, and payment is required. SacaCitas provides a grace period for the user to verify the reservation, allowing for cancellation at no cost, even though the services have already been performed.
20. REFUNDS
It is not possible to obtain a refund once our services have been finalized and payment has been made. A verification period exists for the user between the payment deadline and the reservation date, which is the time during which they can verify all information relevant to their reservation. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of necessary actions linked to their appointment and procedure that may be outside the SacaCitas website.
