Authorization to Perform Bureaucratic Procedures and Search for Appointments on Behalf of the User
Welcome to SacaCitas. Before using our services, we ask that you carefully read and understand the terms of the authorization presented here.
By accepting these terms, you authorize SacaCitas to perform bureaucratic procedures and search for prior appointments in your name before Public Administration bodies, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Object of the Authorization
By accepting this authorization, you allow SacaCitas to perform administrative procedures and search for prior appointments on your behalf before various government entities and public bodies.
Scope of the Authorization
SacaCitas is authorized to carry out, among others, the following procedures in your name:
- Obtaining prior appointments.
- Filling out forms.
- Submitting documentation to the corresponding authorities.
These procedures may be carried out before authorities in different countries and regions. By accepting this agreement, the User expressly authorizes SacaCitas to perform said managements in the countries and bodies indicated during the service contracting process.
Procedures to be Performed
The User consents to the performance of the specific procedures indicated during the service request process. These procedures may correspond to different public bodies and administrative processes.
The definition and accuracy of the procedures are the responsibility of the User, who selects and expressly authorizes them. If the User does not wish to authorize a specific management, they may choose not to select it during the search or contracting process.
Responsibilities of the User
The User undertakes to:
- Provide truthful, precise, and updated information to SacaCitas.
- Keep said information updated during the management process.
Any incorrect or incomplete information may negatively affect the correct performance of the procedures.
Confidentiality
SacaCitas undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the User during the processing phase.
Information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without the User's consent, except in cases where required by law or competent authorities.
Duration of the Authorization
This authorization will be valid until the termination of the usage contract between the User and the platform.
In general, the authorization will end when the search or management of the contracted procedure concludes, unless the User decides to revoke it earlier via cancellation on the platform or written communication.
Revocation will not affect procedures already initiated corresponding to other active managements by the same User.
Revocation of the Authorization
The User may revoke this authorization at any time through:
- The revocation option available on the platform, or
- Written notification addressed to SacaCitas.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accepting this authorization, the User declares:
- To have read this document.
- To have understood its content.
- To accept in full all the terms and conditions established herein.
Responsibility for Provided Information
The User guarantees that the data provided to SacaCitas is legitimate and that they have the necessary authorization for its use, whether it is their own data or that of third parties.
SacaCitas is not responsible for the use of third-party data provided by the User without the corresponding consent.
Indispensable Condition of Use
This agreement is of general application to any User who wishes to initiate a search or contract services with SacaCitas.
It will not be possible to perform any search or contract services without the express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
It is recommended to periodically review this document, as it may be updated.
